EWS Surveillance and Scandinavian Exceptionalism. An Odd Couple?

A series of three workshops, as follows: 1) preparing research proposals to fund the full project 2) literature review on prospective cases for the full project 3) mass media review on prospective cases for the full project Further analysis of steps 2 an d 3 will remain for later, but these initial studies will serve as feasibility studies for the final project, will enable refinement of the project proposal, and should result in publications in their own right.
