ISUMO is a SaaS-Cloud-based platform which enhance Sustainable Mobility Soultions. It introduces an innovative incentive-based cooperative business model as a platform that builds on registering, evaluating and rewarding a set of topic-related Sustainable Mobility ITS involving 3 stakeholders: citizens, municipalities and commerce. Platform can be accessible by any internet-connected device, and aims to unify the vast network of existing public transport, carpooling and carsharing providers into a metasol ution that presents the variety of choices in a single search, in order to increase time travel reliability and make more efficient use of transport infrastructure. Furthermore, a new GIS-based service is provided to any EU municipality or region that do not have it implemented in public transportation. In addition, a social advisory board will work to cover the widest network of Sustainable Mobility ITS. Platform is supported by a business model that aims to encourage the stakeholders to cooperate and ac hieve awareness of CO2 reduction, but it is also scalable; for a successful deployment of ITS regardless of the nature of the Sustainable Mobility solution, therefore, any solution could be included in the future. System tracks citizen transportation Sus tainable Mobility practices (keeping personal data anonymous) and evaluates these through a scoring system considering type of practice carried out. The breakthrough of this cooperative system is that stakeholders increase the attractiveness of the system by obtaining various benefits; sellers may increase their sales, citizens earn discount QR-based coupons (as ticketing system) while change their consumption patterns (greener products or services are highlighted) linked to Sustainable Mobility, enhance awareness of Sustainable Mobility. Municipalities improve their environmental policies, but also self-evaluate, correct and compete in order to achieve green certifications.
