INNOVATIVE INTERVENTIONS TO PROMOTE PARTICIPATION OF OLDER WORKERS IN THE LABOUR MARKET - WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD?

The objective of this pre-project is to develop a high-quality proposal for a knowledge-building project in the field of active ageing and labour market participation of older workers. The primary objective of the project is to explore and define the need for innovative interventions to promote high labour force participation of older workers. The secondary objectives is to develop a high-quality proposal for a knowledge-building project in the field of active ageing and labour market participation of older workers based on the input from the social partners and other relevant stakeholders (private, public and NGOs) as well as on existing research in the field. The central method in this pre-project is a series of three exploratory workshops. Through broad participation and dialogues we will discuss and explore the need for new and innovative interventions to promote participation of older workers in the labour market.
