Awarded: NOK 49,999

Draft program: International Workshop Tirsdag 9. Juni 2015: 9.00 to 16.00 Implementation of telemedicine solution in daily practice: explore assessment frameworks and guidance. Different frameworks to assess telemedicine solutions have been developed and adopted. The aim of this workshop is to gain more insight and explore some of these frameworks, how it is been used, experiences and examples. We want an active discussion about how we can learn from each other and how the different frameworks can complement each other. Frameworks: The Model for ASsessment of Telemedicine (MAST), is a framework ensuring multidisciplinary evaluation of telemedicine applications in the healthcare sector. The model was developed as part of the MethoTelemed project (www.telemed.no/methotelemed), which aimed to provide a structured framework for assessing the effectiveness and contribution to quality of care of telemedicine applications and thereby form the basis for decision making on use of telemedicine solutions. One of the critics of MAST is that it is time consuming: MAST 2 developed. Mini-HTA (health technology assessment) - decisions on the use of health technologies. Mini-HTA is a form or check list with questions concerning the prerequisites for and consequences of health technologies. MOMENTUM offers guidance for telemedicine doers who seek to move telemedicine from an idea or pilot to daily practice or to scale. The guidance is distilled in the Momentum Blueprint for telemedicine deployment was released on 5 February 2015. Normalization Process Theory, NPT
