ARD Innovation AS is the Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research and Norwergian University of Life Science' joint venture for increased innovation, commercialization of research and collaboration with industry and the public sector to create innovations and commercializations from research in affiliated organizations and in collaboration with business and public sector. The goal of ARD Innovation is to contribute to the establishment of new business and the strengthening and development of existing business. Everyone who is interested in innovation and commercialization, has ideas, wishes cooperation and or to receive professional support in the work of innovation is welcome, internal as well as external actors. ARD Innovation's main focus areas are Bioeconomics, AgTech, Life Science and technology related to the Green Shift.

Ard Innovation's samfunnsoppdrag er at ny kunnskap og forskningsbaserte idèer med et kommersielt potensial blir utviklet til beste for samfunnet. Selskapets virksomhet har som mål å bidra til økt verdiskaping basert på forskning, innovasjon og kompetanse fra NMBU og NIBIO.
