Digital Innovation Support Ecosystem at the Norwegian TTOs

This project proposal aims to tackle challenges related to digital innovation support at the Norwegian TTOs by directly impacting the research institute sector. The project aims at meeting the common structure and competence needs of the TTOs by focusing on structural improvement, competence enhancement and networking. The activities focusing on building and promoting innovation culture at the institutions, at the TTOs and in collaboration between the TTOs. All activities fall within the description of knowledge transfer activity as a non-economic activity of research organizations in ESA's public support for research, development and innovation guidelines. This is a collaboration project involving nine Norwegian TTOs and as a result, directly contributes to the better exploitation of digital innovation concepts from all scientific areas. Therefore, increasing the volume and diversity of current industry and investment collaborations as well as enabling to establish new partnerships.

Increased understnading of opportunities for commercialisation of non-technical and non-patentable assets Improved innovation portfolio management (less under-utilized / non-utilized assets/areas) Recommendations for operational changes to facilitate the disclosure of gigital innovations Recomendations for strategic development of AI projects from an IP and business perspective
