The way in which human capital is managed has a direct effect on a business´ bottom line. Thus, research shows that Human Resource Management tools (HRM) based on robust statistics can boost profitability up to 30%. Current HRM tools, however, still present low reliability as they are based on a small data sample, have not been validated by the research community, and lack robust analytics to target all aspects of an employee’s lifecycle. Thus their impact on the performance of the company in economic terms is very limited.
EBHR AS will take advantage of the market opportunity opened by fact that more companies are using digital technologies to engage top talent (use of AI to automate processes) and their increased focus on being employee-centric in decisions, by finalizing the development and pre-commercialization of our innovative solution EBBER, a HRM platform powered by reliably AI and ML psychometrics that covers an employee’s full lifecycle: from recruitment, through working environment perception and performance, to the creation of a risk profile model, for both, organizational units and individuals, that combined with the organizations’ strategic foci, generates the best actions to improve employee well-being and organizational output. EBBER will be the first HRM solution in the market that exploits the potential of psychometric meta-analysis for behavioural predication in the workplace. With EBBER we aim to seriously impact the economic performance of companies.
During the 24 month project we will focus attention on fulfilling all functional, operational and technical requirements for an open beta version of the platform, creation of a user-friendly interface, and through testing and validation deliver a fully operational platform, EBBER, ready for market launch. We will further create a comprehensive commercialization strategy for a successful market launch, first in Europe, and then the USA.
