PES 2021-2022 NHH

NHH aims to strengthen its participation in Horizon Europe. To achieve this aim, NHH has set 3 sub-aims which articulate the activities proposed in this project. Briefly, we aim at building among the general academic staff a stronger understanding of the European research framework programs and their expectations through dedicated courses. In particular, we have planned the courses in collaboration with the Research Council of Norway and Europa Media Group. Seminar series to engage all academics have been devised to promote grant understanding, networking opportunities and inspiration, and individualized support will be given to individual applicants according to their needs (interview training or proposal reading, among other measures). This bottom up strategy will be complemented by a top-down initiative, mobilizing our department and research center leaders to participate in a tailored workshop on European funding. Specific research environments (Taxation research; Business sustainability and innovation; Energy and climate; and Fairness and inequality) have been selected based on their current position and potential to enhance their profile. Lastly, specific courses are planned and will contribute to increase the support staff competences to provide better services to our researchers.
