Rammebevilgning for PES-midler 2021-2022

NIKU wishes to increase our position as an attractive participant in European research. The PES funding will help us reach this goal, by supporting efforts to form a coherent EU strategy, as well as other activities including participation in several research proposals. To ensure the quality of these proposals we will strengthen our employees’ skills in proposal writing and project participation, through courses provided by the Research Council Norway and through cooperation with key partners. NIKU will continue our ongoing work to showcase our leading expertise in the broader field of cultural heritage and to position ourselves in relevant networks and arenas.

Hovedmålet, å gjøre NIKU til en attraktiv aktør på EU-forskningsarenaen, skal nås gjennom å gjennomføre en strategiprosess som vil komme til uttrykk gjennom deltagelse og ledelse i inntil 14 EU-søknader. For at disse skal ha et tilfredsstillende nivå, og forhåpentligvis motta støtte, vil vi satse på kompetanseheving både hos forskere og stab. Dette innebærer deltagelse på NFR-kurs og samarbeid med våre partnere. Videre vil NIKU jobbe aktivt for å synliggjøre vår ledende kompetanse på kulturarvsfeltet og å posisjonere oss i aktuelle nettverk og kanaler.
