O1: Development of digital factory
Identification and Development of Use-Cases for digital value-adding services, Development of detail concept for digital factory and the integration strategy and interfaces to be used for best interoperability and extendibility. Organization of the acquired data from digital twins for the future public distribution.
O2: Development of digital machine twin
Development of detail concept for digital machine twin and the integration strategy and interfaces to be used for best interoperability and extendibility.
O3: Integration of machine twin into digital factory
Implementation of service-based Digital Twin software including deployment and hosting infrastructure guidelines. Different services are included, e.g. creation of simulation models for machinery and environment, including behavior in the process.
-> Development of digital battery twin / battery model
O5: Simulation of operation scenarios
Connecting the real assets with the Digital Twins from data/information acquisition, via pre-processing to data storage. Implementation and Integration of developments along the Use-Cases and evaluation of the Use-Cases with the user groups. Collection and combination of public datasets to the acquired datasets to improve readability for the public. Development of graphical maps which enables non-experts to interpret the acquired datasets.
