MindMe is a project addressing the need to improve the quality of mental health services and reduce the inequality between different patient groups. Two out of ten residents in Norway have a degree of permanently impaired cognitive function and have difficulty functioning in everyday life, with e-heath solutions without tailoring to their needs. Our aim is to innovate the services by developing cognitive accessible assessment- and evaluation forms in a digital system, that allows for communication of structured data between service providers in specialist- and municipality services. Through public and patient involvement in the entire development process, tailoring solutions and cognitive design, we will develop suitable tools that ensure patients' participation in the assessment, treatment and follow-up of mental disorders in collaboration with the health professions.Through the preliminary project, we will develop cooperation and the best partnership to succeed in this ambition.
