Our project revolves around leveraging the untapped potential of seaweed as a sustainable source for mycoprotein extraction and cultivation. We plan to employ cutting-edge biotechnological methods to extract, purify, and cultivate mycoprotein from seaweed biomass efficiently and at scale.
By focusing on optimising cultivation techniques, refining extraction processes, and developing novel bioreactor systems, we aim to streamline the production pipeline. Additionally, we intend to establish strategic partnerships with seaweed suppliers to ensure a consistent and reliable source of raw material.
Through these efforts, our goal is to introduce a highly scalable and environmentally friendly solution to meet the growing demand for plant-based protein alternatives. Ultimately, we envision our project contributing to the advancement of sustainable food systems and promoting the widespread adoption of seaweed-derived mycoprotein in various food and feed applications.
