The main objective of the project is to identify new trade channels for the Italian and Norwegian business which produce food goods. To do that, the study will be conducted in empirical way, using as methodology of study the customer satisfaction analysis . The research will involve the Department of Economics and Resource Management of the Norwegian University of Life Sciences of As, where the study will be done. Together will submit to the customers a questionnaire, to understand their availability to consume and include in their diary food consumption, Italian typical food product.
