Tildelt: kr 0,13 mill.

Political parties and civil organizations are the structural elements of civil society. As the interest of both actors are close, so parties and organizations will tend to interact with themselves to attain theirs goals more effective. But in Russia civil organizations (social movements, initiative groups etc.) dissociate from political parties. So it generates some significant issues. Aren?t civil organizations considering parties as real political power? Are political parties and civil organizations the rivals in public sphere? Have civil organizations resources and instruments to act independent from parties? From the other hand, we can see that there is a tendency the parties involve civil, non-governmental organizations in communications. Such tren d fits to opposition and dominant party. Of course, everyone of them has its own special method of interaction with civil organizations: someone signs a contract for cooperation or create factions (gender faction, youth faction, human rights faction) in g overning authorities of political party, that match to different civil organizations. Other parties found dependent, paid organizations, which play the role of civil groups. Last time parties and organizations took a lot of attention from the government. There were declared about the improving non-government organizations law, party system, and freedom of assembly in Russia. It is obvious, interactions get changes. So it is very essential to understand what kind of communication model between civil organi zations and political parties is the most effective. What are the real aims of interaction participants? That are the main issues of the research project.
