Dynamic Spectrum Management in Cognitive Radio Networks

The goal of this proposal is to stimulate long-term joint research cooperation in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) between University of Minnesota (UMN) in USA and University of Agder (UiA) in Norway. This collaboration will be achieved thro ugh a series of joint research activities and bilateral visits in the framework of an EU FP7 project under the FP7-PEOPLE-2009-IRSES (International Research Staff Exchange Scheme) program, including the one described in this proposal.
