EWS SINO-NORDIC NETWORK IN ETHICS OF RESEARCH AND PUBLIC HEALTH

The plan is to create a network of academic units in the Nordic countries and in China. Included in the project are some of the leading bioethics centers in these countries. It will be a network of senior researchers and PhD students. The aim of the netw ork is to prepare joint research proposals in the field of ethics of research and public health. There will be a particular focus on the ethics of biobank research, a high priority area in the Nordic countries and in China. A further aim is to establish c lose connections between Nordic and Chinese researchers which will be a strong group for future collaborative research at a European level.
