Gender Equality in Research and Innovation

Goal of the project: to gain more insights into the relationship between gender diversity and innovation from multiple epistemological, theoretical and methodological perspectives: 1)assess the impact of gender diversity on innovation and research quali ty 2)identify the conditions under which gender diversity contributes to innovation and research quality 3)investigate the how the practices of innovation include and exclude specific gendered identities 4)investigate how the social understanding of wha t is an innovation emerges in relation to gendered identities
