The primary objective of the Food to Food- Sustainable Valorisation of Agri-food Rest Raw Materials workshop (Nov. 14, 2016) is to stimulate to new research projects and business opportunities in Norway by means of a workshop intending to show the inherent project and product possibilities given by valorisation of agri-food rest raw materials. This will be achieved by setting a scientific background and foundation by presenting state of the art in biotechnology of, and challenges associated to, valorisation of agri-food rest raw materials. This arrangement will act as a stepping stone for future academic and industrial projects.
