PRIO PES RAMMEBEVILGNING 2017

PRIO's strategy for 2014-2017 emphasizes the importance of increasing PRIO's participation in projects funded through the European Commission's Horizon 2020 R&D programme. The RCN's Project Establishment Support framework grant that PRIO has received over the last years has greatly facilitated PRIO's ability to devote resources to developing projects for submission to European sources of financing. We feel encouraged by our success, and hope that a renewal of the PES framework agreement in 2017 would allow us to maintain and further develop our participation in European Commission funding arrangements. Developing projects takes considerable resources, and a PES framework agreement is more efficient for PRIO than applying for PES support on a case by case basis.
