1. Plan for the trip to maximize the value of the journey. This includes looking at attendee- and speaker-lists to see if we can pre-book meetings with speakers or attendees. It also includes making a high quality presentation and rehearsing this to ensure maximum impact at the event. 2. Conduct the trip, including having a timely, relevant and engaging talk on how Omnirise can disrupt the Energy marketplace. Furthermore, it includes making as many high quality and relevant connections, discussions and meetings as possible. 3.
