The overall vision of the Evoy-2 EIC Accelerator Fund Pilot project is to prototype, pilot and commercialise our market-creating e-mobility innovation: An off-the-shelf all-electric high-power propulsion solution for new and old boats. Our propulsion system reaches the highest top speed ever reached in an electric vessel (exceeding 50 kn, ~93 km/h). Evoy-2 allows for outstanding ranges of 50 NM at 40 kn (average speed for ICE based boats is 30 kn), which is sufficient for around 75% of the currently used boats in the aquaculture industry. Likewise, our system is designed in a disruptive modular way, enabling fast and uncomplicated “plug-and-play” installation, while fostering knowledge transfer to our staff and significantly improving our production line. We will provide boater with pollution-free, high power, fast charging, big data leveraged and high safety electrical propulsion systems.
The aim of the envisaged project is to move our current prototype technology to full commercialisation onto the global market. To increase our commercial success and impact, we have created a Strategic Business Plan, as a detailed roadmap, describing all necessary activities we need to undertake to ensure a successful market introduction. Now, we seek to develop our Commercialisation Plan (CP), which will form an important part of the final Business Innovation Plan (BIP), to be created in this Accelerator Pilot project. As the envisaged Accelerator Pilot project builds upon a validated prototype technology, the majority of our efforts will be focused on piloting and commercialisation activities.
