Digital Innovation Support Ecosystem at the Norwegian TTOs

Dette prosjektforslaget tar sikte på å takle utfordringer relatert til digital innovasjonsstøtte ved norske TTO-er ved å påvirke forskningsinstitutsektoren direkte. Prosjektet tar sikte på å møte TTOs felles struktur og kompetansebehov ved å fokusere på strukturell forbedring, kompetanseheving og nettverksbygging. Aktivitetene med fokus på å bygge og fremme innovasjonskultur ved institusjonene, ved TTO-ene og i samarbeid mellom TTO-ene. Alle aktiviteter faller innenfor beskrivelsen av kunnskapsoverføringsaktivitet som en ikke-økonomisk aktivitet av forskningsorganisasjoner i ESAs offentlige støtte til forsknings-, utviklings- og innovasjonsretningslinjer. Dette er et samarbeidsprosjekt som involverer ni norske TTO-er, og som et resultat, direkte bidrar til bedre utnyttelse av digitale innovasjonskonsepter fra alle vitenskapelige områder. Derfor øker volumet og mangfoldet av nåværende industri- og investeringssamarbeid samt muliggjør etablering av nye partnerskap.

This project proposal aims to tackle challenges related to digital innovation support at the Norwegian TTOs by directly impacting the research institute sector. The project aims at meeting the common structure and competence needs of the TTOs by focusing on structural improvement, competence enhancement and networking. The activities focusing on building and promoting innovation culture at the institutions, at the TTOs and in collaboration between the TTOs. All activities fall within the description of knowledge transfer activity as a non-economic activity of research organizations in ESA's public support for research, development and innovation guidelines. This is a collaboration project involving nine Norwegian TTOs and as a result, directly contributes to the better exploitation of digital innovation concepts from all scientific areas. Therefore, increasing the volume and diversity of current industry and investment collaborations as well as enabling to establish new partnerships.
