(The planned EU project) THE OPPORTUNITY The company's operations span several industries which together can be defined as ”Market Technology", better known as "Martech". It is a market where areas like data analysis, mobile marketing, content marketing and multi-channel communication are included. All these areas are experiencing growth and global market spending is expected to increase from $ 630 billion in 2018 to $ 757 billion in 2021 and that portion of the digital budgets invested digitally are expected to exceed 50% by 2021. In order to manage this growth, investment in marketing platforms will increase, and according to market surveys 63% of the 500 global CMOs expect to increase their investment in marketing technology from 2018 to 2019. OUR RESPONSE Based on the new Spectrum One platform, the project will develop solutions in four main areas of functionality (SEGMENTING, LEAD-NURTURING, ANALYTICS, AI FUNCTIONALITY), resulting in a unique, market leading Martech product. This product will, after project finalisation, be launched in fast growing market segments according to an innovative business model. In order for us to realise our plans we need international cooperation and also, we need co-financing enabling us to invest in product development, hence this application to the EIC programme. HOW THE INNOVATION RELATES TO OUR OVERALL STRATEGY Within Martech, there is an extremely fast-growing niche: vertical integration. Our Martech project is focussed on vertical integration by developing world leading SaaS, AI based, solutions that connects three market verticals; market analysis, customer analysis and customer dialogue. Further, our SaaS business model is based on three revenue streams; metered services, subscription and consulting services. The value proposition is increased efficiency by reduction of cost. The customers are addressed via partners and direct sales contacts. One year after sales start at least 50% of customers will be on new markets.
