Certified reference materials and methods for an ever-changing chemical industry

The network will bring together a unique team of world-leading scientists across acadeia, industry, and forensic science provision in drug chemistry and forensic toxicology to deliver highly collaborative , international and interdiciplinary training. In WP 1 lead by Chiron it will be produced large quantities of NPSs. The univeristy of linköping will produce metabolites to be tested in Experiments, while Chiron will concentrate on compounds that will uncover the origin of the compounds by providing chiral NPSs, NPS precursors and NPS impurities and degradation Products. This will be achieved by cehmical synthesis combined With sopisticated separation techniques such as preparative chiral SFC analysis and regular preparative reversed phase LC separation. Chiron will also lead WP 6 which is explitation and dissemination. An International NPS seminar will be planneind, likely in Cooperation With seminar arranged in the EUROSTARS NPS-Reform Project.
