Hurricane prevention by temporarily reducing the sea surface temperature by innovative use of Bubble Curtain technology

The project aim to prove that it is possible to reduce the sea surface temperature in a large area by using a bubble curtain in an optimal position according to sea current, and thereby influence an incoming tropical storm (hurricane). This project and technology is an climate action according to UN SG nr 13 climate action.
