The overall vision of the MBLT Accelerator project is to prototype, pilot and commercialise our novel Multibond logging technology. MBLT is a tool for directly measuring barrier integrity across multiple casings in oil wells, with no need of extracting the production tube. MBLT uses an acoustic broadband source array to emit standing waves in the sonic and ultrasonic spectrum. This triggers resonance in the material behind the casing. The natural frequencies of resonance (eigenfrequencies) depend on the geometry of the well and the quality and integrity of the material. Wells with multiple casings and filling materials, generate multiple eigenfrequencies. The superposition of signals generated by different transducers, and the adequate manipulation of their emission phase, enables us to enhance or suppress the individual modes that resonate in different structures of the well. MBLT's pattern recognition analyses these measurements and compares them against a database of expected results, providing an objective and accurate analysis of material barrier integrity after multiple casings Our MBLT has a major market potential compared to current state-of-the-art technologies. To increase our commercial success and impact, we have created a Strategic Business Plan, as a detailed roadmap, describing all necessary activities we need to undertake to ensure a successful market introduction. Now, we seek to develop our Commercialisation Plan (CP), which will form an important part of the final Business Innovation Plan (BIP), to be created in this Accelerator project. As the envisaged Accelerator project builds upon a validated prototype technology, most of our efforts will be focused on piloting and commercialisation activities.
