Archimate - EIC accelerator project for scaling up laiout's services

Owners and brokers of office spaces must adapt their floor plans every time there is a change of tenant. This is a complex process that accounts for many factors, such as workspace regulations, customer preferences and energy consumption, and usually includes weeks of back-and-forth meetings with architects and designers. The cost is also significant due to architectural fees (up to €20/m2) and void periods (typically 3 months). Laiout has developed ArchiMate, an architectural design service based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithms that automates architectural floor plans generation with unmatched speed (within seconds) and accuracy (˜95%). ArchiMate has already been tested through 15 real-life proofs of concept with building owners and managers in several locations (see pitch deck for map). The EIC funding will be fundamental to complete the development, piloting and validation of ArchiMate, allowing the company to prepare a successful market uptake.
