Vi har som mål å utvikle en kostnadseffektiv, slitesterk og energieffektiv lasersensor kalt SmartWasteTag. Denne sensoren vil bli plassert inne i lokket på små avfallsbeholdere for å støtte bærekraftig avfallshåndtering. Når søppelbilene tømmer disse beholderne, vil sensoren sende signaler til en Bluetooth Gateway som er installert på bilen. Denne gatewayen vil bruke 5G, GPS og internett for å kommunisere fyllingsgraden til skyen, som deretter deler denne informasjonen med kommunale IT-systemer. Dette oppsettet vil hjelpe kommunene med å håndtere avfallsgebyrer bedre og overholde EU-regelverket. Vårt samarbeid mellom RFID Solutions, IRNAS og INTSPO kombinerer unike teknologier for å utvikle og produsere denne nye lasersensoren og Bluetooth Gateway-systemet. Dette vil bidra til å redusere kostnader og minimere feil for kommunene og avfallshåndteringsselskaper. Nåværende avfallshåndteringsmetoder er ofte manuelle og ineffektive, noe som fører til sløsing med ressurser. Ved å tilby en sømløs løsning fra avfallsbeholderen til kommunens registreringssystemer, skaper vi en verdifull forretningsmulighet, samtidig som vi hjelper kommunene med å spare penger og tilpasse avfallsgebyrene. Develop an affordable, ruggedized and low energy consuming encapsulated VCSL TOF laser sensor with joined power harvesting for mounting inside the lid of small waste bin to enable sustainable waste management. Signals sent from the laser sensor, when garbage trucks empty waste bins, will be sent to a Bluetooth Gateway with 5G/GPS/internet module and communication SW that is installed on the garbage truck for communicating data to the cloud and further to municipalities' IT systems for registering filling level of the waste bin. This will enable municipalities to differentiate waste management fees and follow up EU directives. The combined unique in-house technologies at RFID Solutions, IRNAS and INTSPO will enable development and volume manufacture of the new encapsulated SmartWasteTag laser sensor and the novel Bluetooth Gateway registration system that will reduce costs and failures for municipalities and waste management companies. Existing, most manual, waste management practices have serious limitations resulting in wasted resources and inefficient operations. Manufacture and sale of the seamless SmartWasteTag laser sensor and Bluetooth Gateway logistic system from waste bin to municipalities registration systems will create an unique business opportunity for us and enable the municipalities to save costs and differentiate waste management fees.
