EUROSTARS PES: Intelligent eVan Charging Management Leveraging a Digital Supply Chain Twin (EVANTWIN)

The partners, Saga Tenix AS (Saga Tenix, NO) and MIXMOVEMATCH PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA (MixMove, PT), will develop and test a novel software solution comprising an intelligent eVan charging management solution leveraging a digital supply chain twin. By combining extensive experience in implementing digital twin technology in logistics operations (shippers, logistics providers and transportation companies), with leading charge management systems utilizing machine learning to optimize the charging process – the project partners will develop and test a next-generation software system with links also to physical items - to manage fleets of eVans for the future logistics system. Starting from a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 based on existing software prototypes, the project partners’ ambition is to reach TRL 6/7 during the project period for a combined system.
