LL.M. "European Integration" at Saarland University.

I will attend the LL.M. program "European Integration" at the University of Saarland in the schoolyear 2012/2013. As Norway is not a member of the European Union, it is not fully integrated in the European project. Therefore the knowledge of European int egration perhaps is not as good as it should be. My project will provide a basis for better understanding of the integration processes in Norwegian legal actors. The understanding of the european integration is important when deciding how to develop Norwa y's relationship with the EU in the future. With the increasing trade with the nations of Europe, many Norwegian legal actors need a good understanding of EU law. Therefore my project will be interesting for a broad range of legal actors in Norway.
