The project will study the commercialization potential for a new unique hearing protection device (HPD) for industrial applications. The HPD will be realized in the form of an earplug with variable attenuation controlled by bluetooth. The concept is based on the team's experience from previous projects financed by NFR, including the commercialization success NACRE. SINTEF believes that there is a need in the marked for such a HPD system
