The recent surge of applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning leads to a range of new possibilities within all industries. Machine learning involves learning machines to perform tasks and solve problems, and the potential of machine learning is huge; self-driving cars is merely the beginning. Tasks traditionally performed by humans can be automated with machine learning, and automation can lead to major savings in terms of both time and money. Our project is centered around building a platform for automating customer dialogue through machine learning and natural language processing, which involves processing and interpreting natural language with computers. On our platform, companies and individuals can create chatbots that answer automatically to incoming questions through interpretation and analysis of language in context. Good customer service and customer dialogue are crucial in all companies and a key factor for customer satisfaction. By automating the customer dialogue, the customer service becomes cheaper, faster, better and more accurate; customer service agents are to a much lesser extent necessary, answers are returned automatically within seconds around the clock and answers to questions are predefined and always quality-assured.
