FrostInSAR is a 4-years PhD project funded by The Research Council of Norway that aims to upscale the investigation of periglacial landscape dynamics using satellite remote sensing. This application to Arctic Field Grant includes field activities in Svalbard in summer 2018 within the framework of a partnership with the University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS). The funding requested in this application will support the applicant's logistical expenses for 3 weeks of fieldwork on Svalbard (the specific sites are Adventdalen, Endalen and Kapp Linné) in September 2018.
