STYRKING AV NOFIMA SOM KOORDINATOR FOR PROSJEKTER INNEN TRYGG OG BÆREKRAFTIG MAT

The aim of this project is to strengthen and supplement the Norwegian participation in the Horizon2020 project ?Safeconsume? and will at the same time act as a foundation for future national and international multi actor project within the area safe, healthy and sustainable food. Strengthening Nofima as a coordinator will be done through increasing the competence of key persons working in Safeconsume project management team, WP and task leaders and supporting networking activities. To build a foundation for future projects, the potential of using the Safeconsume working model in other R&I areas will be discussed and a national network of innovative companies, academics governmental and non-governmental organisation will be established. The network will also act as a target group for dissemination and implementation activities in Safeconsume. In the first project period the Safeconsume coordinator visited Arendalsuka to present how EU-projects can contribute to make Norway better. The session was arranged by the Norwegian Research Council.

Prosjektet skal supplere og styrke den norske deltakelsen i Horizon2020-prosjektet "Safeconsume" og gi grunnlag for fremtidige nasjonale og internasjonale multiaktør-prosjekter innen trygg, sunn og bærekraftig mat. Det søkes om et to-årig prosjekt med oppstart 1. august 2018. Styrking av koordineringen av Safeconsume skal oppnås gjennom å øke formell og uformell kompetanse hos koordinator, projektadministrator, WP-leder og Task-ledere ved Nofima og å forsterke internasjonalt nettverk. Videre vil man arrangere en workshop for å utforske hvordan arbeidsmodellen i Safeconsume kan tilpasses og implementeres for andre samfunnsutfordringer enn kjerneaktivitetene i Safeconsume. Det vil også etableres et nasjonalt nettverk av innovative selskaper, akademia og statlige og ikke-statlige organisasjoner i Norge med sikte på bedre forankring av problemstillinger relatert til Safeconsume i Norge og grunnlag for fremtidige prosjekter innen trygg, sunn og bærekraftig mat.
