The project is an important link in strengthening the international research network that the mathematics/statistics group at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) is part of. The grant will cover and accomodation cost for foreign res earcheers in mathematics and statistics that will be invites to NTNU to participate in cooperative research projects together with our own researchers.
