The InclusionSociety partners has the ain to develop ICT solution for senior citizens living at home and people with long time illness which receive care by Municipal health services, MHS. The solution will simplify daily life and improve the living stand ard by providing possibility for senior citizens to track their vital health indicators, using homePad (tablet PC device with extremely user friendly interface) as well as automatic registration of indicators by "smart home"/ health sensors as well connec ting health measurement instruments to the homePad. By the proactive registration at home on homePad and by using nursePad (tablet PC with electronic health record software) in institutions, the MHS will get full overview of health condition by their use rs by MHS coordination centre software showing uses in green, yellow and red zones, providing MHS tool to optimize their capacity to those are most needed, actively promoting preventive health care. Other project partners who will support the development , come from Denmark (Mediq AS, project management and medical data standardization), and United Kingdom (TheAlloy, visual user interfaces). The project result to be presented on the market is an integrated health care software solution for distribution in Europe.
