The main objective of the project is to establish chemometric approaches for the analysis of LS-MS based metabolomics data. The project will include work to provide a pipeline for robust data processing of LC-MS based metabolomics data, to facilitate mea ns for biological interpretation of LC-MS based metabolomics data, and to obtain and utilize robust multivariate approaches for the data analysis of LC-MS based metabolomics data.
