The project will specifically develop a project application for support to carry out the following coordination and support action. Description of coordination and support action The ARCSEC network project emphasizes social security and safety in the Arctic region. The ARCSEC project focuses on the commercial and government activity in Arctic waters and the need for crisis and emergency preparedness in different regions of the Arctic. The ARCSEC project will gather professionals from the safety and security institutions, the academia and industry provide tools for the emergency organizations.
