The CubeLink® is a disruptive technology that resolves the challenges of transferring all types of drilling waste, both on- and offshore. CubeLink® reduces the liquid content in the drilling waste and measures vital parameters, such as volume, weight and condition. The disruptive CubeLink® technology is designed for "on-the-fly" transporting of drilling waste from the shale shakers/MudCubes (that separate the solids from the drilling fluids) to a storage (or final processing) unit on a drilling rig. The CubeLink® is a "wrap-around conveyor" type system that can efficiently move all types of drilling waste, with both high liquid content and dry consistency, over long distances and when there are changes in direction in horizontal and vertical planes. CubeLink® consists of a recurring belt that is shaped in a drop-belt configuration to avoid spillages of potentially harmful waste and odours/gases. It opens up in a U-shape in the feeding station to receive drilling waste that is fed by gravity from one or several shakers/MudCubes into the feeding station. The belt is then closed and routed to the destination. The belt opens up and returns flat over a turning roller where the drilling waste drops by gravity into a receptacle - a skip for example. The CubeLink® has the following unique features. It can: - Handle any waste capacity levels in drilling operations. - Carry all types of drilling-waste (dry and moist) in a drop-belt (pouch) configuration to avoid spillages of harmful waste and odour/gases. - Continuously monitor the weight, volume and condition of the drill cuttings conveyed. - Has a build-in absorbent-feature for absorbing moisture during transport. - Has low energy consumption and high operational reliability. - Has low noise and vibration levels.

The CubeLink® technology for handling drilling wastes represents a significant innovation and business opportunity. The potentials for saving money by improving flexibility, increasing the recycling of drilling fluids and reducing oil-on-cuttings (OOC) as well as improving work conditions by reducing noise and vibration levels, are significant. The unique/differentiating selling propositions of the CubeLink compared to screw conveyors and/or blower vacuum systems are as follows (in order of development): IMPROVED CAPACITY AND FLEXIBILITY: High carrying capacity of up to 15m3 or 35 metric tons per hour that transfer wastes on a horizontal plane at angles of 360° and less and at an incline of up to 20° angle in a vertical plane. Solution adaptable/tailored for any/specific deck/rig layout(s). UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION: The CubeLink conveyor will be able to transport cuttings waste of any kind (both dry and moist) with no risk of stoppage/clogging and no need for lubricating cuttings with oil. BUILD-IN MONITORING: CubeLink will feature monitoring of weight, volume and condition of drill cuttings. This feature will provide drilling (mud) specialists with crucial, high-value information about conditions in the well. This information will enable the prevention of very expensive problems relating to integrity of borehole or cleaning of cuttings from borehole. ADDITIONAL SEPARATION OF CUTTINGS AND DRILLING FLUIDS: A build-in absorbent-feature will add additional separation of drill cuttings and drilling fluids prior to shipping cuttings away/ashore for final processing. Feature will increase rate of recycling of drilling fluids and will reduce weight of waste.
