Summary: Tomorrow's society requires new models. There is now a cross-policy agreement that we must think again to solve tomorrow's challenges with the "care crisis". In summary, we see that new technologies represent great opportunities, but that innovation in the public sector is often restricted to sector-specific improvements in today's model. NYBY is a digital communication platform that allows seamless collaboration between the municipality, volunteers, ideal, private, relatives and an active local community. We see that such a platform will be able to solve several systemic challenges at the same time: we can achieve increased quality, increased user management and access to significantly more care resources, at reduced cost. Not least, we will have a warmer, closer society where more people can contribute, feel that you mean more to others and get into work life more easily.
