Beyond Line-of-Sight Drone system with video streaming with satellite communications capabilities

The project will create a novel, optimal, game-changing disruptive solution for mission-critical photo and video communication from UAVs in flight, so users like civil protection, fire, police, search and rescue, coast guard, infrastructure owners and others better can save lives and protect our society. Software that in a novel way obtain highly efficient image compression with a resilient multi-networking communication mode, demo’d with UAVs, tailored for the payload and communications of the project. Specifically, the project wll make use of the new Cobham AVIATOR UAV200 satellite terminal for Beyond Line of Sight Operations. Robot Aviation, Poland, has the appropriate Fixed Wing UAV frame, airport facilities, production facilities and delivery capacity of the final system.
