This MINT test project will consist of the following main activities: 1) Test preparation and dialogue around the test program with the Research Partners. 2) Design change of MC-7 test models according to optimized design including new interchangeable turbine & propeller design solution. 3) Conceptual plus scale design of winches and HIV compensation solution. 4) Building and upgrading the test models: MC-7 Wind / MC-7 Petro / MINT equipment / Vessels / Barges. 5) Mobilize testing and calibration of test equipment. 6) Perform installation testing for Wind Turbine and Platform structures with alternative HIV compensation solutions under given weather criteria. 7) Perform turbine replacement tests under given weather criteria. 7) Coordinate test logs and measurements with research partner. Research partners also write their own independent test report. 8) Process and analyze measured test data with data from previous tests and analyzes. 9) Update MINT equipment design and operation procedures according to updated specification. 10) Final reporting of the project to RFF Vest, sponsors and internally.
