Norwegian Ocean Alliance to Horizon Europe

The NOAH project aims at establishing the necessary cooperation ecosystem between academia, the institute sector and industry clusters at national level, addressing broadly and transversely Research and innovation on Ocean and sustainable blue economy, in the upcoming Horizon Europe work-program, and?advocating for?a prominent place to ‘blue’ topics in?the Horizon Europe?program.? NOAH will thus gather Ocean-nation Norway, aligning research and higher?education strategies and business development plans?of ocean-depending industrial sectors. NOAH will?contribute?significantly to the realization of the national political agenda on ocean and sustainable blue economy By linking these sectors,?the alliance?partners will be?better positioned?to work towards all three pillars of Horizon Europe as well as the relevant Mission and Partnerships. By doing this NOAH alliance will be positioned to increase the return?of?the Horizon Europe budget?to Norwegian actors.
