ABLYBED: The next generation hospital bed

The proposal will be targeting the deadline 13 February 2020 - and will be developed together with Norway Healthtech as proposal consultants. We have close contact with Waqar Ahmed and will be using him as our key consultant. As for the planned project, we have four objectives: (1) Build up the Ably bed features requested by end-users by managing risk in scaling up from first in-house testing with early prototype through small batch test-bed pilots with hospitals to the first commercial batch. (2) Identify and setup a scalable, lean, and efficient production, logistics, and service chain based on analysis and evidence. (3) Complete and qualify the business model to disrupt and leverage the status quo and that mitigates market barriers in the global market with established, dominant players. (4) Complete and qualify the market entry strategy centered on hospital early adopters, key opinion leaders, and communication plan.
