The main activities foreseen as part of the Project Establishment & Support (PES) project comprise:
1. Proper coordination and leadership on behalf of our project consortium.
2. Firmed-up collaboration with our international partner.
3. Allocation of a senior team within Solution Seeker to take responsibility – under the coordination of the project manager – for all different sections of the application (technical, financial, commercial, organizational, project planning).
4. Guidelines & Best-Practice mapping by revisiting all official call documents, relevant online workshops organized by Eureka as well as by contacting the relevant focal points where applicable.
