Project establishment support for Eureka Eurostars proposal named DIGITEC-Hydro

This PES project will involve workshops with Ixion (external support for writing) and partners to develop the main concept of the proposal. This will involve research into related state of the art, existing solutions and the marked potential, development of work packages, budget, and presentation to key stakeholders to get letters of support. Finally, writing a complete proposal with all appendices needed.
