GNU was evaluated positively by the independent evaluaters (best score of all proposals), but DG Enterprise chose not to fund the project. All availabl e funds were made available to Integrated Projects and no other types of projects were funded. This was not in any way indicated in the call for proposal (also attached to this PES proposal).
