Quality assurance and optimal utilisation of descriptive sensory data

The present project deals with the development and implementation of better tools and practices in the industry regarding the use of sensory analysis. Important aspects will be further development of methods for sensory panel monitoring and development of new and easy to use software based on these methods. The software will be made available for industry and research. Another important aspect of the project is to strengthen Norway’s already strong position as a leading country within the area of sensory science and also to strengthening the link to the strong groups of sensory analysis and data analysis at KVL and DTU in Copenhagen.
