NA - Establishment of collaborative Fish Health research projects involving USA, Canada and Norway

Based on the recommendation from a trilateral (USA-Canada-Norway) workshop in Washington D.C. November 2005, proceed the establishment of trilateral collaborative research projects within the field of Fish Health. It is suggested to establish projects wit hin the fields of (i) basic immunology of finfish, (ii) rational vaccine design, and (iii) new diagnostic methods. The ultimate goal is the establishment of an international virtual centre for fish health.
