USA - CO2 storage: Project co-ordination with Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA

This application concerns funding of exchange visits (duration 2 weeks - 1 month) of senior scientific staff from LANL and IFE. We wish to invite Dr. J. William Carey to IFE in winter/spring 2007. A return visit of senior scientific staff during autumn 20 07 is also planned. The purpose of this work will be to write coordinated research proposals to national funding instruments. The coordination will especially focus on a PhD and Post doc exchange program. It will also be important to ensure good contact between senior staff as a part of the projects, possibly through annual bilateral meetings.
